Have you ever been overwhelmed by life’s responsibilities and the mountain of cares, pain and woes of the humanity swirling around you? Does the universe even acknowledge our small spec of dirt in the mighty scheme of things? We seem so insignificant, a whiff of air, a breath and in a second we’re gone. Where is God in all this? Does He care? Jesus says He does. Jesus teaches us how to speak to God and how to address Him. And most wonderful of all is he tells us to address God as our Father… FATHER. That He’s as close to us as the air we breath. That He’s got a Kingdom and wants us to be part of it and share in His glorious plans for His creation. Jesus taught his twelve disciples how to pray and it changed their lives and it can change our lives, as well.
কখনো কি এমন হয়েছে যে আপনার উপর জমে গেছে জীবনের অনেক দায়িত্ব, পর্বত প্রমান সেবা, বেদনা. কষ্ট এবং মানবতার ইচ্ছে-অনিচ্ছে যা আপনাকে ঘিরে আছে তা আপনাকে উদ্বিগ্ন করেছে? মহাবিশ্ব কি আদৌ স্বীকার করবে যে, আমরা সামান্য ক্ষুদ্র কণা সাপেক্ষ এই বিরাট সৃষ্টির জগতে? নিজেদেরকে অনেক তুচ্ছ মনে হয়, বাতাসের একটা ঝলকানি, একটু শ্বাস….মনে হয় মুহূর্তের মধ্যে হারিয়ে যাবো। এইসবের মধ্যে ঈশ্বরের অবস্থান কোথায়? তিনি কি আমাদের দেখাশোনা করেন? যীশু বলেন, তিনি করেন। যীশু আমাদেরকে শিক্ষা দেন, কিভাবে ঈশ্বরের সাথে কথা বলতে হয় ও তাঁর মনোযোগ আকর্ষণ করতে হয়। তিনি আমাদের এতো কাছে আছেন যেমন আমরা বাতাসে শ্বাস নিচ্ছি. যে তার একটা সাম্রাজ্য আছে আর তিনি আমাদেরকে সে রাজ্যের অংশীদার করতে চান এবং আমাদের সাথে তা বন্টন করতে চান তাঁর সৃষ্টির উজ্জ্বল আর মহিমান্বিত মহাপরিকল্পনায়। যীশু তাঁর বারোজন অনুসারীকে প্রার্থনা করার শিক্ষা দিয়েছেন, তাদের জীবনকে বদলে দিয়েছেন আর সেই সাথে আমাদের জীবন ধারাকেও বদলে দিতে পারেন।
